Delivery Schedule
All shipping to the mainland UK is only £5.00 FREE for all orders over £50
We will confirm your order by email and let you know the anticipated delivery date if a slight delay is anticipated. We only use a 24/48hr next day service with a reputable national courier service. If items are out of stock we will let you know when they are likely to be delivered. Luggage systems will take 3 to 5 working days to reach you, due to our dispatch schedules.
All carrier charges are levied at our standard rate. No premium is added to these charges.
Returns Policy
Returns are only accepted with a valid returns numbers and Swiss Fridges prior consent, and goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and fully re-marketable. Please contact Swiss Fridge for a return number. Please refer to Money Back Guarantee Section.
If items are exchanged for any reason beyond our control all shipping costs will be met by the customer.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place a back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Cancellation
We know that sometimes you may want to cancel your order and we'd like to make it as easy as possible. If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it, and we will replace or refund it immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. SwissFridge does not offer a free return service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. We aim to process cancellations within days of receiving the goods.
